Although we highlight our most popular finishes in the kit builder, feel free to share your own ideas with us — we’re always happy to guide you on styles, effects, and what’s possible. This microcement kit can be applied directly over existing kitchen tiles, covering grout lines and imperfections while creating a continuous, elegant backsplash.

The kit includes everything you need to complete the installation: primer, microcement base coat, microcement finish coat, and sealer — all formulated for kitchen durability.

Return & Refund Policy

At LUX Cement, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order microcement products. As each kit is custom-prepared and color-matched per order, returns and refunds are handled under the following terms:

Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective upon arrival.

• All return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Custom-tinted colors and mixed materials cannot be returned unless there is a proven fault.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

• In case of partial returns (only part of the kit), refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

Process

• Attach clear photos of the issue (if applicable).

• Our team will review and respond within 2 working days with next steps.
