At LUX Cement, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order microcement products. As each kit is custom-prepared and color-matched per order, returns and refunds are handled under the following terms:
Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective upon arrival.

All return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Custom-tinted colors and mixed materials cannot be returned unless there is a proven fault.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

In case of partial returns (only part of the kit), refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
